Whenever I turn the sensitivity speeds up fast then it switches back to my normal sensitivity. Its not my snyapse. I tryed every method on the internet but it still does not work. It probably has something to do with the game

That would be mouse acceleration causing that, most likely.
If you're using Windows, go into the control panel, select mouse properties, then go to the Pointer Options tab.
Uncheck "Enhance pointer precision" and press OK.
