Looks like the resolution the game is running at is the problem. Installing Optifine and lowering the resolution to around 1920x1080 should improve your framerate quite a bit.
You're currently running your game at 4K, which the 960M is not designed to run games at.
My FPS always stays as low as 3-14 FPS any suggestions? here are my specs
