I've tried everything... here's the log.

Bad video card drivers!

Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

Edit: looks like I've accidentally posted the paste with the wrong username. oops!

Downgrade to Windows 7 or earlier, get a new GPU(if you have a desktop PC) or use another PC. Your GPU is no longer supported in Windows 10 or higher as it has reached its EOL and Intel doesnt support it anymore

It seems to have worked before on 1.12.... not sure why it isn't working on 1.3_01. Any other solutions?
