so when i join a server, i get this message: Failed to login:the authentication servers are currently down for maintenance

i have been trying to join servers for 2 months now and i cannot. If anyone knows what is going on please let me know

NOTE: 1.this is NOT mojang's authentication servers being down for maintenance. Everyone else can join servers

2.this is NOT my firewall or antivirus or malware blocking my connection

3.this is NOT just my internet connection. I have seen people in threads saying that we need to restart our router e.t.c. I have tried all of them

4,this is NOT me changing my skin or username

5.i have already tried reinstalling minecraft and closing my antivirus and firewall.

6.please do not tell me a weird anwser like: "you need to get a new PC" because i am not going to give 1000 dollars to play a sandbox game

7.please do not tell me to contact mojang because MinecraftIRC is always busy, the bug tracker deletes your thread and says that it is not for technical support issues,and mojang cannot find an anwser.

The usage of MCLeaks or AltDispenser tools (which are illegal) have been causing issues for many Minecraft users.
To correct these, remove the tool, and remove all entries containing mojang in your system's Host file.

To edit your Host file, please do the following: Go to the Start Menu and locate notepad. Right click notepad and select Run as Administrator
Press File, then Open. Enter %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts as the "File name" and press "Open"
