Clicking on Crash Report on launcher does nothiing

Hiya, using MC 1.12 with forge and liteloader only. Played great yesterday , today it crashed and gave me this error message "The game crashed whilst tesselating block model
The game crashed whilst tesselating block model
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Tesselating block model"

I tried clicking on the Crash Report link underneath that but its not opening anything, So i dont know what that error message means

Any help is very much appreciated
