Optifine lags (to the point that I can only play Minecraft without it) my game.

Everytime I play the game with Optifine It lags to the point where I have to exit the game and play without using Optifine.
Version: 1.11
OS: 64x bit
Java Version: Java Version 8 Update 131
Graphic Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
Device: Laptop

Can anyone help?
