Hi guys I have been trying to join my friends realm and everytime I click minecraft realms it says invalid sessions please try restarting minecraft. Its so annoying and frustrating and I have tried to restart minecraft multiple times and I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it and I have tried restarting my computer and the error is still there. NEED SOLUTIONS NOW. btw it is on 1.12
