My computer usually runs like a potato, so I have to have optifine to keep my fps running smoothly. The thing is now, I'm crashing horribly. I don't mean where I'm crashing when I try to join a server or load a world, I don't even make it to the title screen. Good Ol' Mojang pops up on the screen like it should, then it crashes.
Here is the Crash Report. I am using version 1.11 (not 1.11.2, although that crashes too.), using Forge Mod Loader and my only mod is Optifine. I also have no resource pack.

By looking in the stack trace, I suspect two things are happening:
If you are using a resource pack, it appears to be broken or incompatible.
There is something wrong with Forge or OptiFine installation.
First of all, make sure you have a profile with the clean installation of the latest version.
Since you are only using OptiFine, I suggest downloading and running the default installer, as it's way easier and less prone to errors.
Once you download the appropriate jar file, right-click and run it with Java. This will automatically make an OptiFine profile that contains the mod.
If you are still experiencing issues, try the following:
Re-install minecraft (make sure to backup your worlds)
If you want to keep Forge, make a thread on their forums with the stack trace.
If you are using a resource pack that may be unstable, delete it.
Again, I suspect something is wrong with a resource pack or with your Forge installation, by looking at this line:
net.minecraft.client.renderer.StitcherException: Unable to fit: minecraft:mcpatcher/ctm/default/14_glass_red/11, size: 16x16, atlas: 512x512, atlasMax: 512x512 - Maybe try a lower resolution resourcepack?
that error means there is no enough RAM to fit the texture, and in the JVM arguments the game receives it shows -Xmx256M, that means something its setting it lower(to 256M) from the 1G default

A program you have installed is adding -Xmx256M to your JVM arguments, you will have to find it and uninstall it(or find where its adding it, seems its not _JAVA_OPTIONS)

I'll do some looking around. I had IObit do a full malware scan on my computer and it found nothing. I know a few days ago, old friend of mine got something on my computer that I think may be the culprit in that case. If I'm right, I wouldn't be surprised. I thought I uninstalled the program he got though, so perhaps there's still files around.

Hold up... What?
1. Razer synapse and Cortex? Are those like programs I have on my computer because I've never even heard of them.
2. _JAVA_OPTIONS Environment variable, where do I find it?

Alright. I checked and I apparently do not even have a _JAVA_OPTIONS Environment Variable. Does that mean I'm kinda screwed?
You added -Xmx256M in your JVM arguments?

JVM arguments are as follows:
-Xmx1024m -Xms256m -XX:PermSize=192m -Dminecraft.applet.TargetDirectory="C:\Games\Minecraft\Instances\Optifine 1.11" -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Duser.language=en -Duser.country=US
I saw you mentioned -Xms256m, but I had no idea what you were asking me to do.
You looked in both lists?

Curse PremiumHey,
By looking in the stack trace, I suspect two things are happening:

Once you download the appropriate jar file, right-click and run it with Java. This will automatically make an OptiFine profile that contains the mod.
If you are still experiencing issues, try the following:

Here.
Uninstalled and Reinstalled now. These are my new JVM Arguments
-Xmx1G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M
Update: Minecraft 1.8 appears to be crashing too when I don't even use mods. Perhaps this isn't even an Optifine issue.
Perhaps my computer just is falling apart I guess. MC used to work perfectly, but now it's practically self destructing.
A program you have installed is adding -Xmx256M to your JVM arguments, you will have to find it and uninstall it(or find where its adding it, seems its not _JAVA_OPTIONS)
