When I am far away from blocks the texture looks blurry, I don't know if that's the right word to be using, but when I get close enough to the blocks or land the texture is there, and when I walk away the texture fades away into a blur. I have screenshots to show what I'm talking about below:

Here are my specs, it's pretty potato, but not terrible:
I have previously tried many things to fix this problem like updating my graphics drivers, closing and reopening MC, uninstalling MC by hand, and then uninstalling MC using the installer option, and updating my Java. If anyone knows then please let me know.
