For about 6 months now whenever I join a Minecraft server, Vanilla or otherwise, my entire Network is slowed down by 3 or 4 times. Webpages take forever to load and talking to people in any VoIP program is impossible. I've attempted many fixes recommended, I've port forwarded, messed around with my NAT settings, reinstalled clients, Java, made sure every piece of possibly related software is up to date. Yet, I still can't fix this problem. Please send help.

Java Version - 1.8.0_103 64 Bit

Specs

OS - Windows 10

CPU - Intel i7 4771 3.50 GHz

GPU - NVIDIA GTX 760

RAM - 16GB DDR3

OS is on Intel 120GB SSD

Minecraft/Java is on a Seagate 4 Terabyte HDD

Internet Connection - Ethernet Cable

Modem/Router - Belkin N300 Cascaded to a TP-LINK AC1750

Can you run a speedtest in speedtest.net?

Also mind that the slowdown is caused by Minecraft sending and receiving data from the server

I've run speedtests while on and not on a server and it has no effect on the results.

As I stated in my Original Post, I'm already connected Via Ethernet.
