Also note that when I first start the game after a PC shutdown or restart, it happens like 30 minutes after initializing the game, after it crashes, I try to start it again and then it crashes again in the first frames of the game.
Minecraft crashes whenever I try to join a server in 1.11.2 with the version mentioned in the title.
This doesn't always happen, sometimes it crashes, sometimes it doesnt
In the title screen its ok, doesn't crash, but whenever I join any server, it crashes.

You need to install optifine again, it doesnt survive the migration from the old launcher to the new one
