So for some reason recently whenever I place or break a block on 1.7.10 Forge blocks glitch. I re downloaded Forge 1.7.10, Optifine (latest), and I've deleted all of my texture packs and got New ones. To fix it I pressed F3 and A. It fixed it for a few seconds and then whenever I would go to break or place another block it would glitch again.
