Hey guys, i'll need help to make a modpack i made work properly,

i have a weird error happening everytime, i can launch the server the first time just fine and play, but whenever the server stop when i try to launch it again i get an error about wolrdmanager in the crash report and the console is spaming while trying to "load dimension -1" here is what the crash reprot look like :
