I am using the 1.6.4 version of Minecraft and what I believe a 64-bit version of Minecraft on OSX (Version 10.9.5). What I believe are the graphical details (Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB) according to the System Information application on the computer. There are 41 mods installed. I am sure most of the needed information is in the logs above.
What I believe is related to the issue is some sort of memory issue, since the game has had similar crashes when I install mods with high memory amounts (ex. ~5MB, like the version of GregTech shown in the logs and BuildCraft Logistic Pipes, which had a similar amount of data listed for the mod file). When any of these mods are placed in the "mods" folder in my Minecraft directory, the game will crash with a longer loading of the creation or loading of the world and a message displaying "Shutting down internal server…". There does not seem to be any significant lag or errors before creating/loading a world, and the game starts up correctly. I have tried removing mods like OptiFine and it has no effect, the crashes still occuring.
It would be good if there could be help here. I could not find any information for this type of issue by looking through tutorials and common issues on this site and others.
