My brother and I have been trying to play on LAN for the past day or so and can't seem to get it to work. We have done it in the past numerous times but just started playing again recently. We are both sitting in the same room, on the same wifi network. We both are using MacBook Pros and have our firewalls completely turned off. We have tried opening the LAN on both our computers, but everytime the other one cannot see it and can't even direct connect to it. When we try to direct connect with localhost or IP/Port, it says Java.net.connectionexception: connection refused:. I have been looking online but cannot seem to find anything that helps, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
