I have a new acer laptop with intel hd graphics 500 with 4gb ram and 930 gb space...and when playing minecraft i get 10-25 fps NOT EVEN 30 ON LOWEST SETTINGS for survival and on servers...is there any way to fix this and get at least 30-45 fps????
It may be a new laptop, but intel integrated graphics are just about the bottom of the barrel, so it's no surprise your fps is that low. Given that you can't change the graphics card and you are already playing on lowest possible settings, the only other thing I can suggest is increases the amount of RAM dedicated to Minecraft, but I doubt that will help much.

More ram does not mean more fps. Changing it will not help this issue
