Ever since the 1.11.2 update, I haven't been able to load up any worlds or servers.
E.g. When I try to load up a single-player world, it tries to load up, but freezes at "Building Terrain."
When I try to join a multiplayer server, for example, Mineplex. When I try to join, everything seems to be fine, until I actually get into the server. When I start to see something like my health or my hunger, everything freezes when seems to load up. I can hear everything quite fine, but I can't do anything. If I wait for a few minutes, it just says "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped responding." The same happens when I try loading up single-player worlds.
Here's some information (other people had this problem and were asked for most of this information.):
My GPU: Nvidia Geforce 1080 with a Nvidia Geforce 970 PhysX
Java: I've checked multiple times to see if it's in the latest version, it is.
I've tried a bunch of things that I could find on the forums, but nothing seems to work. I've tried to reinstall .minecraft, reinstall Minecraft itself and tried to reinstall Java.
Some of you might ask me for the crash log, but for some reason, the new Minecraft launcher doesn't give any information about the crash, it just says "Minecraft has crashed, we are sorry for the inconvenience."
Anyways, hopefully one of you folks can help me.

I don't know what happened, but now, when I try to launch Minecraft, it doesn't get past the Mojang logo screen.
I didn't mess around with the directory or Java. This happened quite suddenly.
