I'm using Windows 8.1 64-bit and Java Version is 8 Update 131 Windows Offline(64-bit)

When i remove CodeChickenCore and CodeChickenLib the game starts with no problem.
And also, the game crashes if i use LiteLoader.
I want to use NEI but CodeChickenCore and CodeChickenLib make the game crash.
