If you log on to too many accounts or keep logging in with the wrong password multiple times instead of resettig it, Mojang blocks your IP for a limited amount of time. Lets say about 1 hour or so. But you can still bypass this by joining through a VPN or resetting your routers IP.

When i try to login to the launcher it says "cannot connect to server" i enter all of my info correct and that is all it says
