Hey guys I dont know what is happening I log on this Saturday morning everything with my account is fine then I hope off to watch some movies then try to log back on and it says my password is wrong then I check my email and get a email from mojang saying.

I dont know what email I purchased my account on I have emailed mojang but I dont know whats going on all I want is my account back I sent them a video proving that its my account I'm not sure if it'll be looked at or not please if any staff are reading help me out I want to play again. I kept trying to restart my password but every time It asked for my email I put it in and it said.

Please help me out guys I dont know what to do I'm stressing out cause I dont want to have to buy a new Minecraft account and another optifine cape please.
For Mojang to assist you with a password reset (or stolen account recovery), you have to provide proof that you are the legitimate owner of the Minecraft account. Unless you can provide the transaction ID (or gift code ID), and email address, you are not likely to get much assistance from Mojang, simply because you won't be able to prove that you are the account owner. They will almost certainly not accept any type of in-game screenshots or video as proof since that can easily be faked.
Sunperp if I do find out the transaction id what do I do from there? do I have to email someone or what??
If you have the transaction ID, you would send that to Mojang support so that they can reset your password. I am not sure whether they would also require the original email address or if they would accept just the transaction ID as proof.

Since Mojang handles support cases on a first come first serve basis, they have a page indicating which support cases they are currently working on:
It looks like they have a backlog of about 6 days, so you would likely have to wait 6 days from when you originally submitted your support ticket for them to respond back.
