So im making a map, and everything was fine. I log off and come on the next day to immense lag spikes that making building or even looking at the screen unbearable. It is not only my map though. Any world or any server I go on start breaking. Both before and After the introduction to the lag I was playing on Optifine 1.11.2. I dont feel it necessary to state any of my hardware specs since my game was running fine before. I tried restarting the game and even my computer. I provided a screenshot from my map. I get that my map has lots of redstone and constant command blocks, but it doesnt make sense that it would be completely fine before and now suddenly terrible, without changing anything. i've played the game for 6 years and ive never had this problem occur.
huh,i have 8G ram on my computer and i allocated 4G, still says 100% and I dont really want to put in anymore so as to not lag any other things on my computer. I changed my render distance from 7 to 5 and that seemsed to help, but i hate render distances below 7,

Curse PremiumDo you have 64-bit Java installed (if your OS is 64 bit)?
And no, not the version installed with the Mojang launcher.
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
You dont even have 1G Allocated to minecraft, from what i have seen.
Minecraft is using 100% of the memory allocated.
What version is your java/is is 32 bit or 64 bit. Try to go online and download the latest 64 bit version of java.
After "updating" java, try to reallocate more ram "2g-3g is plenty for vanilla and 3g-4g is great with forge (0-70 mods)

I looked at your last screenshot and it said 921 MB
send a screenshot of maybe a 4G allocation.
I cannot help you if you are giving me 2 different pieces of information.
Look at your own screenshot, look at the top right corner, and see that you only have 921 MB allocated to minecraft.
