This may seem like "OMG you're such a stupid idiot, this appears because it can't download the file since you're offline."
That's sort of obvious.
This only happens sometimes when I'm offline, but why? Is there any way I can manually save a copy of this file so that when it fails to download, I can copy it in? Or does the file constantly change, so it needs to download a new version?
My point being, is there any way to circumvent this while offline?
