So when I go into my forge profile and click on a world to play (just downloaded the new version of forge) the world will go to load and just....sit at 0% never moving. i make a new world nothing. load a previous world. Nothing.
Is your new version of forge 2292 or later, and are you using optifine? If both of those are a yes, then you'll need to download the latest preview version of optifine (HD_U_B9): http://optifine.net/downloads (click on preview versions at the top).
I hadn't had forge for a while, stopped playing about half a year ago and just picked it back up.
I am going to delete everything and uninstall minecraft and re download it all over and start from there. If i still have problems then I dont know what to do.

I made my own shader pack, by the way.
I am using Forge 2296 and I am not using Optifine
Hmmm... maybe try downgrading forge to whichever version you were using previously? If it worked before, then it should continue working now.
