So, I reinstalled Minecraft after a long time, and decided to test a laptop that I have right now if it can run Minecraft.
I checked the specs and all, and it's fine, all things considered. But when I try and load a world that I had made from 1.10 (I kept backups), nothing loads. I see the GUI but everything else is black. Sound works, because I hear mob sounds every two seconds.
I have no idea why it's like this. Minecraft never did this back before I uninstalled it from the very same laptop.
UPDATE: Somehow, adding one line of arguments fixed it. But not for Optifine. Optifine does this and refuses to render a thing.

Almost forgot: the Minecraft installation is fresh, so no modifications have been made. YET.
