Unistall Java THEN install latest version. Update graphics drivers. If you still have a problem starting Minecraft you will probably need to fix Java environmental variables.
When I start the launcher everything seems normal, but once I click play I get three error dialogues from Java Virtual Machine Launcher saying,
Error: opening registry key 'Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment'
then,
Error: could not find java.dll
and lastly,
Error: Could not find Java SE Runtime Environment.
Please help, I have no idea what is happening.
Which launcher are you using? What's your Java version?

I've updated Java, but I don't know how to update my graphics drivers. I'm still getting the same errors.
