I keep seeing chunks glitching as in disappearing and then reappearing for half a second. What is the cause of this issue?

Also, I'll add a screenshot of my F3 menu and my specs:

A10 6800k OC'd to 4.4GHz

GTX 970

16GB RAM DDR3

750W PSU

2TB HDD

8GB of RAM allocated to Minecraft.

What can I do?
