Me and a friend recently bought a server for 1.10.2 but said friend is having trouble with trying to get the server up since it keeps crashing when it tries to create the patcher.

I took a quick look at the log, and ModPatcher seems to be the problem. Try updating it and any mods that need it, and if that doesn't work, remove it and any mods that need it (such as TickProfiler), it is causing a problem.

get rid of all of your mods and get them back 1 by 1 to see what is making it crash
