Hello, I'm having an issue with a custom 1.10.2 modpack, I'll load a new world or previously loaded one, and it will stay on the loading screen, building terrain. No matter how long it is, it just stays there... I then open Task Manager and see the Java platform has stopped using CPU, it hovers around 0%-1%, although still uses 4GBs of RAM, I have changed forge versions and allocated more RAM, no change, any help would be appreciated and I'll provide any other resources you may require if you want to help.
