The account support sub-board redirects to help.mojang.com so I'm not sure where to post this.
I have submitted a ticket regarding the issue, however support appears to be currently reviewing tickets from last month...
I can log into the client and play the game just fine, however when I attempt to migrate my account it says the credentials I have supplied are invalid.
I think this is largely because when I bought the game 7 years ago( see: Old account ) the email address I supplied is no longer available.
I'm unable to retrieve my transaction ID for the same reason so I doubt support will be interested in helping me.
In other words, I can still play minecraft although I cannot access my account at all.
This is not much of an issue, although I can't change my skin.
Anyone know if support would actually help with this, or any potential workarounds?
