Hi,

This morning when I tried to log on to the multiplayer server, I got an error that said Cant connect to server. JavaNetConnectException:Connection timed out: no further information:

Usually when I try to connect it says 'pinging' but it hasnt done that today.

I played just fine yesterday, haven't downloaded anything that might be causing problems with that. My java is up to date.

Also, the server shows that it's online when I check on PlanetMinecraft.

I have looked online but it seems as though everyone has a slightly different problem to mine.

I've no idea where to go from here.

Edit: I just tried to connect to a different server I just joined and I was able to connect to it, so without trying to sound stupid that means it's not on my end right?

I would say if you can connect to other servers, but not that specific one, then there's something wrong with that server, see if they have a status page to check on if there's a problem, or a way to contact the admin and see if they have a solution for you.

The status page shows that it's online.

Then contact the admins - what server is this? If I can connect then it might be an issue between you and the server.

I contacted the Admin. The server is Everlast 167.114.118.194:26176

Yeah, I can connect fine, so it must be something on your end.

Thanks for doing this. I appreciate it. I was able to connect finally last night. I have no idea why I wasn't able to connect.
