Hello. Title pretty much says it all. My computer has decent specs, yet this is still happening. Forge takes five minutes at least to load everytime I start it up. I have reinstalled forge, reinstalled the mods, etc. But it still has not been fixed. Anything is appreciated, thanks.
Forge has to deobfuscate the entire Minecraft jar, do some patches, find all mods that might be installed(reflections takes time), run their patches, obfuscate everything again and run it
That takes time

Look man, I'm telling you. my mods aren't beefy. They're all gui's and stuff meant for pvp. There's another problem going on, and when I had a WORSE computer with the same mods, this wasn't a problem. Now if you could actually help, that would be great
Thats how forge works, mods modify classes of the minecraft .jar, forge needs to deobfuscate both to merge the changes, no matter how big or how little they are. That takes time, why do you think forge created a new loading screen instead of just freezing in the Mojang screen as it did before?

Five minutes is excessive, and I've tried it with no mods and the same issue occurs.

Okay, so how long do you think it should take?
