So, I've finally decide to receive help as countless videos seem to render useless to my problem! I've installed Java many times, over and over again and it never works.
So, what I first do is I download forge and I click on it to bring up the little message of installing it, but the thing is that doesn't pop up and hasn't forever when I got my CyberpowerPC. Every time I click on it, it pops up a black command prompt it kind of looks like, but it's not. It's just a black screen that pops up for about 1 second and just goes away, so I try to click on it again and the same thing happens. So, I can't install forge, and doing so, not get optifine.
I will try to get a video of this happening has this hasn't happened to anyone else before it seems.

Java - Java - jre-8u111-windows-x64
You can get Optifine without forge, its its own installer
When I do that too, it just brings the black thing back up again
Should I not use Java or what? Because I use Java BE.. etc to un"box" it

Curse PremiumWhat Forge file are you using? I suggest using the Installer-win file. It will self-install Forge.
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
It won't, everytime I do it, it just brings up a black command box it seems and just closes it in under 1 second
Here is a video that shows the problem I am having, -
Sorry for bad quality.

Curse PremiumUse the Installer-win file. Your trying to open a .jar file.
If you use the .jar file, you need to manually install Forge, NOT click on the .jar file.
