It is win 10, originally 7 but I have a mod that makes the GUI look like 7
I doubt it's a reinstall issue I recently went through that when I upgraded to a bigger cap hdd, however now I have a different issue with a blank screen with a 92 in the bottom... I did a search, general consensus is that its a peripheral but I tried starting it up with nothing connected so it's not that...
I had this issue a short time ago but it seemed to go away...

You dont have to reinstall, you might need to get back to Windows 7 if you reinstall, so dont

Ok, things seem to be kosher now.there's a switch I apparently had set on the mobo to slow mode? I set it to normal, still have the mouse issue but not as bad... Also, I reset the Bois to stock and am not going to OC the pc other than turn the Protect mode off cause it's causing throttling...
It did throw up coades such as 9c and 92 but it surpassed the screen finally...
However, with it not overclocked, Minecraft periodically goes unresponsive
