I normally play Minecraft 1.11.2, but recently a friend showed me a server which ran 1.8.8. Switched to 1.8.8 and been running it since because 1.8 works with Hypixel. Logged in today, whenever I got to the title screen my game would crash. "Easy fix" I thought. "Lemme restart my computer". Restarted computer, ran the launcher then in the launcher...
BA-DA-BOOM "Fatal Error". My 1.8.8 setting was deleted, and only 1.11.2 remained. No problem, I thought. Went back to 1.8.8 and everything was good. I went to my multiplayer list, only to see Mineplex working. The little icon had the "M" on it. However, the rest have the default icon, doesn't have the default name (Minecraft Server) and only says "Can't connect to server". I go in anyways, greeted with "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: No further information", but however, Mineplex was the only one working. Restarted game,the same thing.
