Basically I have a dedicated host computer on the same router and it kicks me and only me from the server randomly (between 3 seconds and 20 minutes). I do not know if this is a server-side or client-side issue, and I can list the specs of my computers, their brands, etc. if necessary. I'm going to be sending the message that happens in console here, but it's going to be from a modded server jar because for some reason it gives more information than vanilla, but it happens on both. In all versions of minecraft.
On kick, in console:
[19:12:55] [Server thread/INFO]: Jivvyn joined the game
[19:21:33] [Netty IO #3/ERROR] [FML]: NetworkDispatcher exception
java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

On kick, in client:
Internal Exception: java.io.IOException. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
Might be a pipe breaking between you and the server, your ISP handles how your connection is routed, so if you are the only one on that ISP and one of the nodes is shaky, that can happen(considering its saying in both logs that the other party disconnected)

"java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"
That means the other party closed the connection

Yeah I figured the same, but didn't want to jump to conclusions
So if you are seeing that in your client, it means the server closed the connection(it went offline)

So how would you go about stopping this? There are other people on the server and they are not experiencing this issue
It either means your connection is bad, or the connection the server has is bad

You see this doesn't happen to me on any other servers, and on the server it's happening to me on it doesn't happen to anyone else...
