Hello! I'm trying to play and older version of Minecraft (1.4.7 to be precise), and every time I click 'Play', it brings up the old loading screen, and then crashes with this report:
(BTW, it says it's modded, but it's not. I have no idea why it says this.)
---- Minecraft Crash Report ----
// Hi. I'm Minecraft, and I'm a crashaholic.

A detailed walkthrough of the error, its code path and all known details is as follows:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-- System Details --
Details:

LWJGL: 2.9.0
OpenGL: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400 GL version 4.2.0 - Build 10.18.10.3496, Intel
Is Modded: Very likely; Jar signature invalidated
Type: Client (map_client.txt)
Texture Pack: Default
Profiler Position: N/A (disabled)
Vec3 Pool Size: ~~ERROR~~ NullPointerException: null
I'd really like this to be resolved quickly, as I really want to play the Respawn map!
Try deleting the options.txt (or renaming it if you want to keep the options for later)
I might be completely wrong, but maybe it has to do with the render distance being too high.
Forgot about the render distance glitch, so I went into a new version and changed it, but still didn't work. Deleted my options, now it works great!
Won't take long to get things back to the way I like it.
Many thanks!
*EDIT* Uhm...Went to play the map and there's no sound and the Minecraft logo in my taskbar is now the Java logo?
**EDIT AGAIN** Sound randomly turned on. That was odd. I'm good now.

If I helped you, dont forget to click the thanks arrow!
When I go to my Java control panel, it says I have Java version 7 installed.
By the way, I can play 1.11 just fine.
