I can not play alone or in multiplayer, someone helps me!

The error it gives is this:
When I try to play multiplayer it appears "java.lang.IllegalStateException" and when I try solo the game simply closes

Not sure if you noticed, but its a duplicate of https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-34749 (it says so in the ticket and in the comments), and that ticket tells you to come to community support(like here)
