I have been wanting to play more minecraft but every time I join a SP world, it freezes completely within about 5 seconds. I am running windows 10, Intel i7 core(8 threads), 2.2-2.7ghz, 6gb of ram, 500 gb hard drive. I got a windows 10 update like 2 weeks ago, and ever sense, it has had lag issues. Before the update it was fine. I have tried a few fixes but none of them work. Any Help?!? Thx
Downgrade to Windows 8 or earlier, get a new GPU(if you have a desktop PC) or use another PC. Your GPU is no longer supported in Windows 10 or higher as it has reached its EOL and Intel doesnt support it anymore

Its the other way around. Your hardware doesnt support it anyway as it doesnt have the power to run it good enough. Think this, the integrated gpu is just there so you can have a screen if your gpu breaks, and for light tasks to save battery, Its not designed to be powerful(it has to be in the same chip as the cpu when a GPU is usually bigger than 2 HDD side by side)

Curse PremiumDid you make sure your hardware was Win 10 compatible before you upgraded?
Post a DXDiag report.
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
Yes, it is 100% compatible. I used to be able to play it just fine. The update was within win 10, not windows 10 itself.
Post a dxdiag, the issue can be caused by Windows updating the drivers to the "new" ones that dont support opengl

Hmmm. Is there a way to downgrade specific drivers instead of the whole OS?
No. You need a updated version of the driver that is built for Windows 10, and intel never released one

That sucks
You cant expect good performance out of it anyway due to being old and not a dedicated one
