Modded Minecraft 1.7.10 crashes upon loading

Whenever I load Minecraft 1.7.10 with Forge, it crashes even without mods in my mods folder. Any other version with Forge works fine, so I'm not sure what could be causing the crash.

You seem to have an old version of RadixCore for 1.7.2 in there, in addition to the version for 1.7.10:

Edit: since I store my mods in version folders (1.7.10, 1.10.2, etc.) I have a 1.7.2 folder. RadixCore from the 1.7.2 folder was loading along with the 1.7.10 mods. I must have installed a mod incorrectly...?

In my mods folder there's only the 1.7.10 version of RadixCore.

Here's a crash report with no mods in the mod folder. ~~RadixCore 1.7.2 shows in the mod list and I'm not sure why.~~

Yes, and I fixed my problem by deleting the mods for 1.7.2. I still don't understand why a mod was loading for the wrong version of Minecraft.
