I don't recall adjusting any of the config files before this started happening. I'm using Forge 10.13.4.1614. Any idea what's going on and how to make it stop?
I wish I could help you but I am getting the same problem in my modded world using Forge 10.13.4.1558 on Minecraft 1.7.10. Just as happened to you I started getting fireworks yesterday and did nothing to my config files.
I also have no fireworks. I use many of the same mods you do, so I think since yesterday was April 1st, one of the mods was set up to pull an April Fools joke on people using their mod.

Alright, not exactly a fix, but I logged on this morning, and there are no more fireworks. Hopefully they don't come back.
