Hello good day I hope I can help I have an attempt I try to start the section in the web page of minecraft and every time I try to return to the main page over and over again now from the game eh tried to change my skin and still does not leave me anymore I have 2 weeks with the profile of the I leave a video sample if someone can help me and that help told me and I solved it avia not true I still have the problem thanks
If I'm understanding correctly, you want to change your skin? If you wish to do so, try to open up an online editor like this one, and use the simple picture I provided below to upload your skin and then apply the change. It will try to take you to the page you're having issues with, so if that ends up failing, then it's a problem that we're not equipped to deal with. You'll need to try elsewhere.
That's unfortunate. Though it's an issue that nobody can likely help too much with in these forums. You seem to be having issues with the actual website, not the game. That's not quite something we're gonna be able to help with.
(Though it might be worth a try contacting Microsoft about it.)

I get the following message AUTHENTICATION FAILED
We can not authenticate you on our servers. Please try to close your session and start it again.
But the session is closed does not actually let me log in xD[/pre]
