Before you say anything, NO I can NOT use the installer-win. I don't have the administrator password and my dad who does have it is at work right now! So please DON'T suggest the installer-win!
Anyway, I have the universal download of the version I need (Forge 1.7.10 10.13.4.1614) but I don't know how to download it. Is there anyone who does know? Please help!
UPDATE: Ok, so my dad just typed in the password for the installer-win. However, there's a new problem; it doesn't work! It keeps saying that I need to run the launcher because it has no directory! I've been playing 1.7.10 Forge for a while now, so I know there's a directory for both Forge and vanilla 1.7.10. I checked the versions too and they're there. Please help!
UPDATE: It's working now! The problem was it was trying to install to my dad's account instead of mine.
