My name is Tanner F (TObones03) from Texas and last summer I came back from a vacation and to my surprise I could sign into my minecraft account. At first I thought I forgot my password, so i sent a password change and it never gave me my request so I went through all my other emails and requesting. A hour goes by and still nothing so I assumed that my account got stolen, so I spent a day trying ways to get my account back and still nothing. So I gave up, at this time minecraft was a big thing for me. I got it for my tenths birthday, and played it all summer. And because of this I was devastated because minecraft was the reason I got so into computer games and it wouldn't have the same magic as the account you had for 5 years. So im asking for your guys support to help me and others get Microsofts atrention and help get stolen accounts back sincerely TObones03. (in game name)

My friend just got his mc account stolen too and when he tried to change pass it didnt work because he didnt receive the email. And when he emailed mojang support it said he wasnt the original owner. However, i know it was his personal account. Is it possible that the hacker changed the email of the account?
