I made a tekkit server for me and a friend. but every time i boot it up and try to join it says connection lost end of stream. i browsed the web and couldnt find much other than trolls telling me to delete system 32... that one is getting a bit old..

I am not experienced with servers, so I can not provide anything real insightful, but...

[WARNING] To start the server with more ram, launch it as "java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar"

Did you try doing this? It could be a memory issue.

sorry about the late response. i got it working but i deleted my server because derp... so now im having the same problems again

Dont change -Xms, its not what you think
