I'm not quite sure what exactly is causing this. I can provide more details if you need them. this mod pack has like 150 mods and i'm not sure if all of them are needed but i don't want to mess around with it before i know what's important.
It looks like you have 3D anaglyph on. Try going to Options -> Video Settings (or Options -> Video Settings -> Other if optifine is installed) to disable it.
