The mouse error happens first when I reinstall minecraft, and then it gives the OpenGL error. I need to add that it ONLY does this when I try fullscreen. Sometimes, the game just looks like it's really off center and zoomed in when I full screen (It ends up only showing the top left 1/4 of the game). All three of these things don't make any sense to me.
I've tried reinstalling my drivers five times. I've used the built-in clean install for AMD drivers, I've tried manually doing it with a few programs. I've made sure to restart after uninstalling before reinstalling the new one. I've redownloaded, etc.
After trying to see if a mod could fix it, I tried installing optifine and forge. They install perfectly, but the main issue remains. I cannot fullscreen my game without crashing. In addition, I get a THIRD error now. "Keyboard must be created before you can read events"

Forgot to add: I'm on Minecraft 1.11.2
Game plays well as long as I don't fullscreen.

This is frustrating.
Ended up with a temporary fix. Instead of using actual fullscreen, I used jvm arguments.
Add this to the end of the java arguments in the launcher. Make sure that fullscreen is disabled in options.txt (In the .minecraft appdata folder).
Use Windows key + Up to "full screen" it. It's a fake full screen until there's a fix available.
Currently, my jvm arguments are as follows:
