This happens to me a lot whenever I try to play the latest version or modded Minecraft or even Curse. It always says unable to save download and then the thing. I really don't know what to do about it. And it says it's "being used by another process" When I don't have anything on my tabs and such. And of course, I don't know what to do. Please help!

It is most likely caused by bytefence. Follow the instructions here to uninstall bytefence.
