If the launcher is somehow requiring you to restart your entire PC just to use it that sounds indicative of either a larger PC issue or that part of the launcher's process is remaining open, preventing it from restarting. I've had the same problem with Steam where nothing will open with it but a Steam process is still running.

No like at first I open the launcher and then it freezes. After that I open the launcher again, it won't open, even after clicking the program multiple times so I restart my computer so I can play. But probably a process is running in the background.

I solved a problem similar to this when the launcher would not launch by killing the Minecraft_Staging process in task manager. Maybe you could try that

Curse PremiumI don't know if this is just me or it's other people's problems but whenever I open it, it freezes..
a lot.
And I close out of the launcher and I press to open the program again and now I have to restart my computer so I can open the launcher again.
Does this happen to you because like I am getting maaaaaaaaaad.
