This has happened twice now i don't know if this is a server issue or not because i only run servers... So it's only happened on servers, anyways you decide however it is definitely a mod issue and it has no error reports
So i log off the server and close it out and then when i started the server again with five minutes and logged back in all the modded items in the game where something else. all my buildcraft pipes were glass pains, a bunch of my forestery mod items had now become buildcraft stuff. items from mods seemed to all become something else including those in my inventory and in chests. It's like all the mod id's just got mixed up and forgot what they were and now my world is stuck like this. The worst part is this is not the first time as it happened last year after i built an entire medieval city... this caused me to stop playing for a year. this time i had just finished my viking village and castles and boom stuffs all messed up again.
