My laptop has the Intel graphics, and a GT 940M, and no matter what I do, it refuses to use the Nvidia graphics card. I have tried right click, run with graphics processor, and selecting the Nvidia one. I've tried adding the javaw to the list of items to use Nvidia within the Nvidia control panel. Nothing works. Everything is up to date.
Edit1: spelling
Edit2: To reiterate I have added not only the javaw, but literally everything java related on my entire computer, within the Minecraft installation, and the plain ol java installation, etc. Still uses the Intel graphics.

As I already said in the OP, I already have done that and it didn't work.
I've tried adding the regular java installation, the java in the Minecraft installation, everything java related. Still uses the Intel graphics.
